Tribal Enrollment Cards

In order to qualify for your Tribal identification card your Chalon file must be current.

 A family that includes parents and children under the age of  18 is a donation of $20.

A single child or Adult is $5

Elders over 50 are free  

The Chalon Citizenship Committer works 1 Friday a month on a volunteer basis.

Please allow 30-60 days for processing.

Photo Tips

• Submit one color photo
• Submit a recent photo taken in last 6 months
• Use a clear image of your face 
• Do not change your photo using computer software, phone apps or filters, or artificial intelligence 
• Have someone else take your photo. No selfies.
• Take off your eyeglasses for your photo
• Use a white or off-white background without shadows, texture, or lines
